TASTES LIKE PASTA!
Boil or if your lazy like we are microwave in 2 TB water: 1 lb Bag of Garden Blend Stir Fry Vegetables with Rice. (contains Parboiled long grain rice, broccoli, baby cob corn, water chestnuts, carrots, red peppers. Layer in a lightly greased baking dish to bake. and alternate with A Marina spaghetti sauce and Ricotta and Mozzarella or provolone or Cheddar or well your fav Cheese (preferably Skim) OR to make it even healthier Skip the baking altogether! For less Grease! For extra flair Add a little garlic and/or Italian seasons. Onions are also great. They contain electrolytes you need any way. Then if you must you can treat yourself for being so good by adding a side of Wheat toast with butter and garlic powder.
Sounds awful. But, You will swear you are eating a dish of rich fattening artery clogging pasta!
A WANNA Concoction
